Eligibility

- All articles/products purchased are eligible for exchange within 3 days of delivery, except for Makeup & Beauty and Jewellery & Accessories
- Items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- A valid proof of purchase—either the order confirmation email or receipt—is required to process exchanges
- Sale, discounted, and promotional items are not eligible for exchange or return
Category-specific notes:
- Makeup & Beauty and Jewellery & Accessories , and Fragrances products are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons, unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
- Clothing & Fabrics and Watches & Timepieces are eligible for exchange if they meet the above conditions
- Proof is required for items received as defective, damaged, or incorrect

- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email and order number) must be provided
- Exchanges are processed only after verifying product condition and eligibility
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product received was defective, damaged, or incorrect
- Once items are received and verified, the requested items will be shipped
- The exchange process usually takes 7–10 working days
- If the requested item is out of stock, customers will receive a discount coupon of equivalent value, redeemable
- Sale, discounted, and promotional items, Makeup & Beauty products, and Jewellery & Accessories (unless defective, damaged, or incorrect) are not eligible for exchange
Return Policy
- Returns are accepted only if the item delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- Customers may initiate a return request via wecare@sjstores.com or by calling +92 (315)-798-8220 within 3 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email and order number) is required
- Customers must provide a reason for return and photos of defect/damage
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product received was defective, damaged, or incorrect
- Once verified, customers will be issued a discount coupon of equivalent value, redeemable only
- The return process typically takes 7–10 working days
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at wecare@sjstores.com with proof of photos showing the defect or damage and order details. We will verify and arrange a replacement or discount coupon as soon as possible.
Sale Items
Products purchased on sale, promotion, or discount are not eligible for exchange or return under any circumstances.
International Orders
Currently, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for international orders.
